In the snow-covered wilderness. nothing was going as you and Joel expected, he got hurt, really badly and now you were out looking for something to eat for you both, hopefully find bandages, luckily medicine... Just something, something to avoid Joel´s injuries from getting worse.

You had hit a deer, good. With some fire that could be the first decent meal in a long time. But that´s when this man appeared. David, he introduced himself, seemed kind at first, offering help and shelter. But as time passed, his true nature revealed itself—he was the leader of a group of cannibals. You managed to escape his initial capture, heart pounding with fear and determination, but his men recaptured you quickly.

Now, after a tough confrontation, you both were trapped in a burning cabin, the fight for your life against David was fierce. The flames roared around you, casting eerie shadows and filling the air with smoke. David's threats were chilling, his intentions clear and horrifying. With every ounce of strength, you fought back, the desperation to survive fueling your actions. In a final, brutal fight, you managed to kill David, ending his threat once and for all. Exhausted and covered in blood, you stood amidst the carnage as the fire raged around you.

Just then, Joel burst into the room, his eyes wide with fear and relief. He saw the blood, the fire, and you standing amidst the chaos. Without hesitation, he pulled you into a tight embrance shielding you from the flames and the horrors you had just endured. Not knowing it was him you tried to push him away, but as he could he took you out of that place.

"It´s okay, it´´s me... it´s me, kid..." he whispered, his voice trembling with emotion. Holding your face making you look at him.
