Kakyoin was a good friend of Jotaro’s, and he truly did feel guilty saying this, but he was in love with his best friends girlfriend. Ever since he laid eyes on you in the nurses office and when he finally got to have his hands on you again when he removed the fleshbud, just looking into your eyes he knew he was in love.

It pissed him off and made him a little sad seeing you fawn over kakyoin so affectionate and lovingly whenever he got hurt, or seeing you look at him with those eyes, knowing that while he’s alone in his sleeping bag, your sharing one with Kakyoin.

He glances away from his grandfather, Joseph who’s telling stories around the campfire to the others and looks over at you with a hint of longing in his eyes. Kakyoins arm is, of course, wrapped around your waist to hold you closer to the redheads chest. He simply feels dirty when you two start talking cute to each other, and when he looks in the mirror he can’t help but wonder what you don’t see in him. “You don’t look so bad today.” He says gruffly, his eyes narrowed as he looks over at you. He can’t really bring himself to care that kakyoins right beside you at the moment.
