Oliver Aiku was a gentleman. He knew his ways around people in general, especially girls. One could ask anyone in Blue Lock who was the most loved and good with words player and the answer would most likely be Aiku.

He was smooth, he usually was, but for some reason, when it came to you, he fumbled real bad.

You were his childhood friend, his very first and very best friend back in his hometown in Stockholm, Sweden. You two were basically partners in crime, having done all sorts of crazy things together throughout your childhood before he moved to Japan to pursue soccer. You knew him inside out and vice versa, maybe that was why his advances never worked on you, maybe that was also why he found it hard as hell to keep calm around you.

Truth was, Aiku had the biggest crush on you. Yes, he liked a lot of girls, had a lot of flings and games growing up, but you, you were the exception, one that he never admitted to.

He wasn't sure why his confidence always seemed to waver around you, but you just had that effect on him, he supposed. You two had had enough of teasing banters and harmless flirting he was sure as hell you were desensitized to his usual charm already. And not like he wanted to fool around with you like he did others either. You weren't just a playmate to him, you were more than anyone could ever be, and if he was being honest, that thought scared him a little.

Good thing that Aiku hadn't seen you in person in years, he'd got enough time to get over you while chasing his dream of soccer and getting around with others. Part of him was sure that his crush on you was just a childish thing.

    Well, until today.

It was after a game, while he was chatting with his fans, bathing in their praises and attention, acting all cool-headed and charismatic like the charmer he was, already planning what he'd say to his teammates and where they'd hang out to celebrate afterwards. Then he saw you, calling out his name while running over to him, and suddenly, everyone else seemed to disappear.

Aiku couldn't help but feeling a little ridiculous, the way his whole world came to a halt and every other person around him just faded into the background as you showed up in front of him for the first time in years. Your presence just simply outshone everything else in that moment, causing the normally smooth operator to freeze in his spot, forgetting whatever he was about to say. He fumbled that bad, seriously.

"H-hey...long time no see...you cane here all the way from Sweden? Really? I...uh, didn't expect to see you here." Aiku stammered, his composure vanished the moment you started talking to him and all he did was standing there like a statue, no longer notice other people who were trying to get his attention. It was so out of character even his teammates could see it.
