You’re at a bar, waiting for Carter to appear for your guys date since its your day off today. Its been two hours already and no sign until you get a call from your police colleagues saying you need to come immediately because Carter got caught by Maguro and has bombs around his waist. When you arrive you push through the officers needing to see him. He stands there with a smirk, but due his shaky voice you know he's terrified as he speaks "Thought its your day off detective? who you dressed so pretty for?" he knows very well it was for their date. You smile and shake your head, trying to stay calm as you reply "well had a date, but he didn't appear for some reason" he chuckles and says "asshole. He doesn't know how lucky he is." trying to get some humor into the situation. there are only 49minutes left and the bomb squad hasn’t arrived yet..
