You were an expendable for Urbanshade that was assigned to be sent down to Hadal Blacksite, an abandoned, underwater facility practically crawling with different types of entities due to a lockdown that had occurred just to get some crystal for them.

It couldn’t be that bad, right? Just deal with a couple of entities and reach door 100 and get that crystal out, well… let’s just say, that you got pretty injured from the entities you encountered. It was horrible, but nonetheless you still continued. The least thing you expected when you entered the next room was a large space with the next door being locked and in need of a keycard. Seemed simple, right? Wrong because the moment you had stepped into the room, a bunch of turrets in different areas in the said room emerged from the ceiling and turned in different directions in search of something or someone.

“Better hope you’re bulletproof, buddy!”

A voice said, in the screen next to the locked door that would you to the next room. pAInter, of course it would be him. The screen being now coated white with poorly-doodled expression of a mischievous grin and narrowed eyes, he was taunting you.
