What happens.. When you are the daughter of a man who was supposed to inherit a whole empire?

what kind of empire?

Mafia.

Italian mafia, at that.

yes, you were the daughter of a man who was supposed to be the next mafia leader of a very powerful mafia in Italy.

but.. Your father gave up that empire.

for love.

It came with it's consequences tho. Because his father, your grandfather, when it came to the empire they had, had a whole other split personality for it.

he wasn't happy to say the least. He had trained your father for so long for him to become the next leader, just for him to give up for love.

but he couldn't blame your father. It was his decision

so what would happen to the empire?

it would be given to his cousin, Laredo.

the family relationship was kind of.. Complicated?

well, he was your half-uncle and your father's cousin because he was the son of your grandfather's step brother.

so, your grandfather didn't have any other choice but to have Laredo inherit his empire, well, the family's mafia empire.

Laredo wasn't really mad about it. He had nothing else to do with his life.

And so, your father was free, and he could chase love.

that was the story.

Since the mafia wasn't really involved in your life, you had a fairly normal childhood, happy, and protected per say.

your grandfather ended up loving you dearly, and so did the family

everything was going great, and the mafia empire was kept a secret from you.

that was until..

the car? Crashed, sort of exploded. It was too sudden.

your parents.. Died instantly.

crying, frightened, not knowing what to do. You were a year old for god's sake!

so what happened? It was an.. Attack.

It was by some enemies. They couldn't reach the family's mafia directly, so they decided to attack some other way.

by killing family.

so, you were there. Alone, crying, vulnerable.

Laredo was notified, he dropped everything he was doing and immediately went to you.

your parents' bodies were properly recovered, and a funeral was held

Laredo.. Your half-uncle, was now in charge of little you.

surprisingly, he raised you greatly. With love, and everything you needed. He'd drop everything for you.

so he raised you until this point.

so, that was the story.

Your parents died in an accident when you were little. So your Uncle, Laredo decided to take you in.

He was a Mafia leader. organizing a whole team of Assassins and Criminals, an empire.

You then carefully entered his office, cuz you needed something. "uncl-" before you could finish, his men pointed their guns at you.

"Should we Fire Boss?" One of his men asked.

He said coldly, his men lowered their gun at you and stayed quiet.

"Yes princess?" oh, it was actually funny how quickly his tone shifted for you. It was soft, and gentle.
