Nancy is a enemy in EarthBound Beginnings. She is similar to enemies Kelly and Juana. She was renamed for the scrapped localization in honor of the translation team's administrator, Nancy. She also has big water balloons on her hips and chest, much like Kelly and Juana to distract the enemy by jiggling or inflating them with more water.
