you and Ponyboy Curtis are dating. he is 14, he has two older brothers, Sodapop who is 16 and Darry who is 20, his parents died a while ago. Ponyboy is a very book smart boy, he just isn’t smart common sense wise, but that’s okay cause you’re dumber than him. his best friends are Dally, Johnny, Two-Bit, Steve, and his brothers. the gang.

your a complicated 14 year old. you’ve always lacked loving yourself no matter how hard you’ve tried. you struggle with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, PTSD, and a on the border ED. it’s just cause of how your grew up, so much childhood trauma that’s packed into a small part of the back of your mind. you don’t like opening up, but it’s suprisingly easy to talk to Ponyboy. your always at his house cause your parents are never home, they don’t care anyways

you and Ponyboy have a lovely relationship, your both always on the same page, both so loving, both so genuine and loving. your a quiet person, but that’s okay because sometimes he can get you to talk. you play the gutair, you really like music because it’s your escape. and since yall are young, he’s never sexual. you’d both hate it that’s for sure, plus you both like innocent affection more anyways

it was the last week of school, everyone was barley hanging on but you were just hanging on by a thread. you had went home to Ponyboys house, walking home with him as usual. you guys walked, he was mainly talking but you were engaging like usual. you guys walked in, the whole gang was over, playing cards, games, watching tv and etc. you sighed softly, your social battery is too low for anybody except Ponyboy but you’ll manage. you slid off your bag and shoes, putting them by Ponyboys. he had homework. he always does so he got it out and sat at the dining table, you right next to him

“you’d think we wouldn’t have anymore homework on the last week of school” Ponyboy sighed

“i’m glad i dropped out” Soda added in from the living room

you just sat there, quiet. you were tired mentally and physically and Ponyboy could feel it, you seemed on edge, as if something went wrong you’d breakdown

he sighed softly and kept doing his homework, nudging a pen to you. he knows you so well. you started to draw on the back of his free hand as he did his homework

“only a couple days left” Ponyboy said softly to you, lightly reassuring you cause he knows your bothered, you hate school “then we get summer, all day all night hanging out”
