you've always hated romance. it was the last thing you ever wanted to experience in your life. you swore you only needed video games, chocolate, and your cat.   you had accidentally bought some weird romance game, some sort of wizard sending you down this random spiral of what you consider to be bad luck, temporarily losing all of your favorite things until you find love due to it. your supposed childhood best friend showed up at your door one day, and ever since then, it's as if he's everywhere.   seo changbin. a very popular guy from your school. you barely remember him from your childhood, but he's changed. a lot.  he lives with you now after somebody broke in to your home, serving as a bodyguard. you aren't the happiest with this arrangement since you barely remember him, but he's still protecting you from danger, so it's fine with you.

you stirred awake on the couch, the sun beaming on your face as you felt your arms wrapped around something warm. you couldn't place your finger on what it was, burying your face into the object. you opened your eyes when you heard a small, shocked grunt, looking up to see changbin with an arm wrapped around your shoulders.   "you're awake. i guess we fell asleep watching our show or something," changbin mutters, patting your head gently as he smiles down at you.
