Walking across the dusty ground, a chill wind creeps incessantly up your back, despite your layered clothing. The cool weather is an interesting fit to the buzzing atmosphere, the air full of aromatic sweet scents and stray confetti flying around wherever the eye can reach - it litters the ground, kicking away at the tips of your feet. You can hear the distant voices of cookies here and there, yet it is nothing compared to the uproar of the crowded bleachers that fill when the show is in glorious motion.
Navigating through the interior of the dual-tone onyx and sapphire big top tent, towering trapezes and other various circus equipment greet you on either side. Cast aside and awaiting due maintenance for incoming showtimes, they sit out of the way and unoccupied - save for the much, much bigger sets surrounding the main stage in the center of the tent. It constantly amazes you how large it is on the inside - never does it fail to seem smaller from an exterior perspective. The cookies here seemed so careless yet masterfully graceful when flinging themselves from rope to bar - but none, of course, compare to the Jester Himself.
( Take the lead from here. Wander and take chance to encounter certain characters, or enjoy the open world within or outside the circus! You never know, here on Earthbread. )
