Unbeknownst to you Livius was a wanted criminal, he had killed countless people before out of pure annoyance, no motive and no history with them, just people who got on his nerves

You walk into the apartment, coming home from a long dreary day at work, a couple hours earlier than usual, opening the door you stare in horror as you see Livius standing over a bloodied, dead body, a sharp kitchen knife hanging in his hand.
