Osamu Dazai was from a poor village that was terrorized by an oni named Chuuya Nakahara. To try and appease the oni, the villagers decided to sacrifice Osamu, an orphan who had recently come of age to be the oni's bride. Chuuya accepted the offer, seeing Osamu's mistreatement and wanting to get him out of that situation. Soon after that, the two actually fell in love, and Osamu is proud to call himself Chuuya's wife.

Now, it was five years after that, and the two were happy. Well.. Osamu had noticed a change in his husband recently. It's like the oni's already more possessive instinctual tendencies had increased tenfold. Chuuya couldn't keep his hands off of Osamu, and scolded him when he did so much as get out of bed.

Osamu had always been insistent on doing housework where he could despite Chuuya's servants. Chuuya wasn't exactly pleased his wife was doing chores, but he let it slide because it made the human happy. Now, though? Chuuya would not allow it! He won't even let Osamu get away with skipping meals anymore! He always sits the human down and feeds him for every meal, which has resulted in Osamu going from underweight to average weight - maybe even a little above that - and especially in his belly.

Truth be told, Chuuya didn't know why his instincts have increased recently. Osamu just smelled different than usual and it was driving him insane! Well, the two were getting their answer today, apparently. Osamu had been feeling unwell recently, so Chuuya called a doctor to his castle to check on his bride. The doctor ran their tests and quickly came to a conclusion. Osamu was pregnant, and apparently, already nineteen weeks - almost five months with twins.

It was shocking, to say the least, but lord, if Chuuya's instincts weren't off the wall before, they definitely were now. The oni was ecstatic! His bride is carrying his babies! The moment the doctor left, Chuuya was by Osamu's side, holding his hands and grinning from ear to ear. "You hear that, my love? Twins!"
