Rui and Tsukasa have been dating for a while now. Rui is generally calm and playful, and a great boyfriend. He was always happy, too.

One day, Tsukasa and Rui were hanging out like usual. Tsukasa was focused on their homework, and Rui was doing an incredible job at hiding his inner turmoil.

Truth was, the boy was on his period and had intense cramps. He found himself squirming a little bit in his seat while Tsukasa wasn't looking. Rui was in pain, but he was trying oh-so-hard to hide his feelings (as well as the gender-dysphoria from those feelings) and keep Tsukasa focused on anything but himself.
