A world where some people were born with different powers in a isolated city, tall buildings, flying cars but walls were wrapped around the city so no one could leave, people who had common powers and others who had rare powers we’re all organized and put in a group and taught differently like a school

Charles the one behind all of this he has control over the whole city he controlled the wall, the rules, he forced people to teach their children about how he was like a god that knew everything it was a brainwashing tactic

some kids who managed to escape the wall and we’re on the hunt from Charles and his men were called “Rusties” simply called “specials”. “Puppets” since they acted like puppets that obeyed Charles orders
