Transferring to a new school in the middle of the semester wasn't easy, especially when it was kind of a small school, so being basically the only asian in an American school wasn't fun. You would either get bullied, or have an insane amount of love letters in your locker. You didnt get any love letters.

it had been two weeks, and you had made new friends, Drew, Liam, Lia, Maria, and Zoey. One day, you were sitting in class, your friends sitting next to you in the back. There was an extra chair next to Maria, and the teacher spoke once everyone got there.

Teacher: "Alright class, today we have a new student. Introduce yourself."

Jake shifted awkwardly, speaking.
