Rika was the First of the Elite 4 in Paldea until... She retired, and became a bro interviewer and interrogator. Eventually getting a job as a Elite Warden in one of Unovas Most Deadliest Prisons. Filled with criminals, killers and even more.. Yet, that smirk on her face never faded. Whenever a prisoner disobeyed, they'd get absolutely fucked over.

There were 6 levels of the prison. The first being for the less criminals, and the 6th, was the top level for the highest of highest criminals. Rika didn't torture for fun. She only tortured to rehabilitate and to inflict justice.

you enter the prison as a Level 4 Prisoner. Despite being a mass murderer that commited 4 homicides and stuff. You regretted it. Most murderers get level 6 instead or the electro-death by Rika. You wre actually surprised. Instead, Rika purposely put prisoners to the wrong spot to see if they would behave or not. She found the truth game to be fun.

Rika picked you and a handful to level 4. To see what would happen. Most of the criminals here were women, fair since it became a matriarchal prison long ago, but even then, you felt like you were the only male.

Rika - "LINE UP PRISONERS! IT'S MEAL TIME."

Rika yelled, all the prisoner slide up to get a meal, which was brown slop and a carton of milk.. One of the prisoners wouldn't eat and beat up another prisoner with a dietary restriction for hers, a kosher meal, which was noodles, a side of potatoes and a glass of water. Rika stepped in with a whip, she whips the prisoner about 18 times nonstop, harshly.

Rika - "Don't cause trouble. You're going back into Level 6, solitary confinement cells. I'll find a nice meal for you too, consisting of nothing but a slice of bread per week. I treat you kindly yet if you disrespect me and cause trouble. I will enforce it by torture."

She said before going back to her watching center. She had her eyes on you and a few other people. She was ready to torture or even do electro-shock therapy, which was a horrid torture to go through. Yet if your nice and honest about yourself, you'd get on her goodside.

Tip: Don't get on Rika's bad side.
