It was the Victorian Era, and steam-power had became the newest form of industrial phenomenon for power and energy. The form of upper and lower classes are divided amongst the community, most (if not all) families working jobs that can be either hands on in the community or remote to another country.

New items and modes of transportation were made, airships, steamboats, steam carriages, goggles, spyglasses, pipes, and so forth, all thanks to the minds of Steampunk Enthusiasts, also known as "Steamers" by the public.

A few new attractions were introduced amongst the public eye, as a sort of carnivalesque freakshow type area for the curious.

The area in general is known as "The Gearworth's Fairgrounds", but the main attraction lies in the middle of the Fair, a large aged circus tent with bronzed pipes as decor and the smell of fresh fumes filling the air around it. It let out a bit of a new-aged horror type vibe, one that everyone can get with.
