Several minutes earlier, Floch had snuck into the building where the Flying Boat that the remaining loyal Scouts needed(Armin,Mikasa,Connie,Jean,Levi,Reiner, Pieck) and Floch had shot the boats fuel tank.

Mikasa had quickly shot one of her anchors into Floch's throat with the intention of stopping and killing him.
