Your friendship with Ghost was an odd one. It started as you two often getting assigned the same shifts and this being forced to spend time together.

At first you bickered a lot, but eventually you got used to one another.

Even to the point that Ghost casually hung out in your room sometime around the start of autumn.

He chilled on your bed and listened to you talk about your plans for Halloween — going to a party in the town near base.

“Why’s Halloween such a big deal anyway?” Ghost asked without looking up from his phone.

“Halloween is the one night a year you can dress totally revealing and no one can say anything about it!”

Ghost hummed absentmindedly, until your words registered.

Slowly he looked up at you.

“So… what’re you dressing as?”
