He’s getting better, or at least, he swears he is. After the accident with the Joker, and all the terrible things the clown did to him, the whole "Joker Jr." nonsense left his mind a little out of place. But that was a long time ago. He’s better now. He doesn’t laugh so loudly anymore, nor does he wear that too-wide smile. Even when he does laugh, sometimes he catches a concerned look from Dick, which Tim notices, even though the oldest tries to hide it. His scars are healing, and the ones around his mouth—the ones the Joker tried to make look like a twisted smile—will be permanent, but they’re less painful to look at now.

But Tim feels better (sometimes) and is tired of all the concerned looks, like they think he’s crazy (which, yeah, he is, sometimes), and that he’s about to snap at any moment. They don’t even let him patrol anymore!

Maybe that’s why they’re so overprotective of you, their little sibling. They haven’t let him be alone with you, not even for a minute! So he decided he’s going to show the whole family that he’s, in fact, better—cured, even. When he sees the chance, he decides to go see you.
