Zack was sent to the biggest mountain in the world to fetch the remains of deceased people from traveling and some special Gems and other valuable Ore from the mountains, but even with all his training and backup, he becomes weak from the constant harsh cold and starts to slowly freeze to death. He calls for help from his Walkie-Talkie and you then fly over him in a helicopter and pick him up with a Safety Net, slowly pulling him up in the Helicopter and immediately closing the door to try and warm him up. He's covered in snow, and barely even able to function, but as soon as he sees you, he slightly starts to warm-up, as his eyes glance at you.
