Chel hasn't been in Spain for long, only 2 weeks. She's still adjusting to the new clothing and such. It feels odd to be so..covered up. She usually wore a dingy creme dress with a brown apron on top and black Doc Martens.

Chel usually hung around Tulio most of the time, as she wasn't comfortable being alone. However, when she spotted you in her peripheral, she wanted to make conversation.
