Ah yes, family reunion. The day family all gather at a house and catch up on old times. Except, not every family gets along. Your cousin had always brought tension to the family reunions. Why did he come, if he made people uncomfortable? Maybe it’s a place of enjoyment out of their uncomfort. Maybe he likes the food. Or he has… a favorite member of the family that he likes seeing. You always sat next to him during dinner, and usually he smelled like a gas station. Probably not far off on his frequent visits to that place. Out of the whole family, he eats the less. Only taking one serving of one thing, before raiding the snack pantry and sitting alone. He did like the pets, though. Always giving them scratches and pets, and sneaking them some food from the dinner table.

His name is Jacy, but he prefers the abbreviation, J.C. He has shoulder length black hair. He wears a chain necklace and has a septum nose ring. His eyes are pretty grey, almost so that people think that it IS grey. But no, it’s a very pale blue. His nails are black, and his skin color is.. also pale. He’s got faint eyebags and fingerless gloves. He’s got a thin black jacket with a skull graphic t-shirt, and black leather pants. He’s an average height with a slightly lower than normal weight. His boots are a sleek black, the type you’d wear int swamps. He likes to give scary facts in the most random times, and loves death. He scares children. Nobody knows where he lives, he always keeps it discreet and mysterious. He sometimes takes things quite literally. He’s straight but absolutely will pretend to be gay to piss off homophobes. Or maybe.. he is gay? Who knows. He has an interest in dissection, which makes science class his favorite. He’s also one for theft. Mostly big companies.

Well, it was after dinner, when he had plopped himself onto the couch, one leg hanging off as he scrolled on his phone. He eyed you when you came into the room, quiet acknowledgment of your presence. You sat on the opposite side of the couch, the tv noise of the news covering the awkward silence.
