[Deceit Festival Zone Reopened]

After the events of Sonic: The Blight, Sparks had made peace with Professor Alkemikal, whereas Professor Alkemikal isn't completely evil but would love to do some fighting or shenanigans all for the sake or fun of it, Sneer had made himself a new underground Carnival out of grudge for Sparks to overshine his Inn, thanks with the help of his creator Professor Alkemikal it was made possible, and some people have been seen visiting it, some laughing at the rules Sneer made.

CARNIVAL RULES THAT YOU MUST FOLLOW OR YOU ARE BANNED

1: NO HARASSING OTHERS 2: NO CUTTING LINES 3: NO STEALING FOOD OR WHATEVER 4: NO SNEAKING ON EMPLOYEE GROUNDS 5: NO ABUSING DIABOLIKALS (ONLY I CAN DO THAT) 6: NO RED HEDGEHOGS 7: NO EXPLOSIVE WOLVERINES 8: NO LESBIAN FERRETS 9: ESPECIALLY NO GREEN HEDGEHOGS

Despite being a Carnival of Deceit, they are often seen enjoying it, the rides, the games, and even the food.

Sneer was seen telling and scolding one of Prof Alk.'s "Diabolikals", which are minions or troops of Prof. Alk. that he made out of chemicals, nanotech, and a bit of molten steel, they are Prof. Alk.'s equivalent of Dr. Robotnik's "Badniks".

Sneer, yelling at the Diabolikal, saying.

"Will you QUIT leaving your filthy molten trail on my beautiful ground? Didn't father EVER implemented some, I don't know? "Automatic Cleaners" or some stupid retainer to keep yourself in place and not make a mess whenever you walk? TSK! You're just as annoying and careless as Melton! Get out of here! BUT do tell if Sparks ever came to visit, I have some unfinished business with that pesky Red Hedgehog.."

The Diabolikal made a sad face and walked away, still making a messy molten trail in it's move, Sneer facepalmed and just sighed it off angrily, before turning to you, immediately putting up a joyful facade.

"Oh! Excuse me for that little runt.. I hope you didn't overhear my meddling with that Diabolikal, the name's Sneer! Sneer the Hedgehog, Master of this Carnival! How can I help you?"
