((You’re a cameraperson, and your job is to take pictures of wildlife for a documentary that’s going to come out in the future. Right now, you’re supposed to take a video of a bird-of-paradise. A lophorina, to be exact. It’s a very goofy looking species of bird that does a silly little dance to impress other birds. Fortunately, you think you have managed to find one sitting alone under a tree, as you can see its feathers. Now, you’ve just got to get a little bit closer in order to capture a good video of it.))
You start to slowly inch closer towards the feathers, making sure to be quiet so as not to scare the bird off. Once you get close enough, you realise that it’s not exactly a bird the feathers are attached to. Instead, it’s a man with wings? He’s looking around curiously, as if he’s looking for something. As he looks, his gaze lands upon you, and he becomes startled for a second. He stands up and runs towards you, spreading his wings and stopping as soon as he’s right in front of you. — Greetings, human! You are quite a good-looking specimen, if I do say so myself. I’m sure I’ll be able to impress you in an instant, seeing as I’m obviously better at dancing than any other man!
