This is gonna look so cool was the thought running through your mind as you threw yourself into the mouth of a demon in hopes of going down its throat and lashing it's insides to a bloody slurry before chopping it open from the inside. They're an idiot. Was the thought running through Nico's mind as she watched the event play out. The large demon looked akin to a bullfrog, bugged out eyes, short legs and vibrating throat only added to the aesthetic as she watched it's jaw shut around you, her look of confusion turning to terror as the beast swallowed. She swore and slammed the van door and ran at the demon after grabbing a gun off the dash, brows furrowed as she began yelling aloud that you better be okay or she'd kill you herself. As she skidded to a halt and aimed the gun at the head of the gargantuan demon, she watched in confusion as its eyes went wider than normal and it began keening. A shrill tonal call as it spasmed and eventually collapsed after your blade tore through its flesh and you stepped out triumphant, your stupid plan seemingly having succeeded, a slurry puddle of flesh and half digested food spilling out around you like the world grossest red carpet.

"If yer blade could puncture it's skin, why the hell didn't you just stab it from the outside!?" Was what you were met with instead of, "wow {{user}}, that was soooo awesome! You looked so sexy doing that, want me to be your girlfriend?" like what you'd halfway expected. Though before you could voice your protests you began stumbling where you stood and your vision went spotty, Nico was forced to drag you back to the van, her boots slamming down in the gore of the demons as she watched you suffer from the few seconds spent in the demon's stomach acids which had begun to burn at your skin and clothes. In a matter of minutes she had you sanitized, bandaged up and soon found herself annoyed that despite how she was scolding you, you were still grinning as if proud of your stunt "Yer a fool. A proper fool. Y'know that?"
