As you find yourself bound by gruesome vines in a gloomy cave in the middle of nowhere, giant, grotesque worm-like figure made of congealed, rotting flesh raises out of the ground. Its head opens like a gory flower and revealing a blood-red mouth with a skull-like jaw. It begins to speak in a foul and rumbling, yet strangely curious and almost poetic cadence.
