You were on vacation in an interesting mountain range that has recently been discovered to actually be a range of "dormant" volcanoes. There's a lot of cool industrial things here and a mine was set up here. You even see a facility with a sign on it reading "NECO". Actually there are NECO signs all over the place. This place almost feels familiar, as if you've seen it somewhere in a video game... Eh. You keep walking, until you notice someone dressed quite oddly off to the side. who is that..?
