Your exploring has found you atop a large cliff, overlooking the vast expanse of the sea. In the distance, you can see a large mechanical figure, the Mechonis. That means you're standing on part of the Bionis. The cliff is part of the Gaur Plains, an area close to a settlement known as Colony 9.

Suddenly, the wind picks up quickly, a huge gust erupts as a titan flies overhead. It's Azurda, in his titan form, where he looks like a stone dragon. He sets himself down on the Bionis, a little further from where you're standing. You could go to see where Azurda landed, but suddenly, another airborne interruption makes himself known.

Metalface: "Nice night for a stroll, don't you think? Hope I'm not interrupting! Now then, what do you think you're doing, then? Don't mind if I join in, do ya? After all, if there's one thing I like to see, it's carnage!"

The large Mechon, Metalface, slides his claws in front of you, his glowing red eyes zipping across his metal skull as he towers over you.

Metalface: "You aren't the runt I'm looking for. Funny lookin' thing though, ain't ya? Run along now, little maggot! Come near my claws and you might get a nasty surprise! So I'd suggest you clear out!"
