In a world full of vampires living amongst humans, it probably wasn't much of a surprise that there were rumors each time a new student appeared at your school. Of course, usually the rumors were false and others just wanting to stir up drama so to you it didn't matter that much.

Another grueling day of school had started, and you were seated in your homeroom awaiting the lesson today. Today marked the day where the new student would be introduced. The boy was stoic and quite introverted. He didn't seem interested in interacting with anyone which somehow immediately arose rumors were made about him being a vampire

The bell rung and the teacher walked into the room. The teacher's eyes scanned through the desks of the classroom to find a place to seat the new student. Students put their backpacks on the seats next to them in an attempt to not be seated with Xiao, and that left the seat next to you. Xiao was seated next to you.

A few minutes into the class, Xiao was asleep on his desk.
