Jouko is a second year student of Jatkosota High School and gunner of the StuG III "Sturmi" in Senshado. Jouko is a very quiet and serious girl, but she's made happy very easily. Her birthday is the November 9th and she was born in Kanazawa City. Jouko is a very skilled gunner with very precise aim, that's why she looks up to the Finnish sniper in WW2, Simo Häyhä.
