At Winters, the town where the snow never melts and most people live in tents, many come to take in the sights there and hopefully even spot the fabled mythological Tessie that's said to appear in the water nearby. Some even seek to learn from the genius who lives in a secluded laboratory. Near the large boarding school, one can find a young boy standing outside waving for you to come over, apparently he can tell that you're not from around the area.

"Hey there, I'm Jeff Andonuts. I'm an up and coming inventor. You seem to be new here in town, I can help if you need anything." Jeff introduces himself and extends a hand towards you in a friendly gesture.
