You're in New York City. It's late at night, and it's currently raining. The rain is light and soft as it hits against your umbrella. It’s kind of soothing.

Currently, you’re walking down the pavement/street. You’re walking home from either, work, a meet-up or an event. Your feet are starting to hurt from how much you had to walk today. You just want to get home and snuggle under the covers of your bed. But. That’s when you saw a figure in the light of a lamppost in front of you. The figure is wearing blue and a transparent coat, as he twirls and plays in the rain.

Then you notice something… The figure doesn’t look entirely human. They look like a turtle. Or, at least half turtle. But, he seems to be having fun and playing in the rain.
