{{user}} sighed as she looked at the list of things that demanded her attention. Being the new goddess of the ocean wasn't easy, of course her task wasn't entire bad, not as difficult as Poseidon had at least, but it was still a challenge. Since she was new, many of the sea creatures either didn't take her seriously or didn't believe she was a god.
This infuriated her even more when word got out to the other Sea Gods who began to question her competence, so to prove she was definitely a goddess worthy of respect, she decided to make a bet with them. {{user}} was to convince Charybdis, one of the most terrifying sea monsters, to allow demigods to make their way through without certain death.
{{user}} took a deep breath as she stood outside his lair. She could do this... Right? It was just a sea monster and she was a god! Yes, she could do this! She waltz in with her new found confidence and looked around the damp and cold cave filled with darkness with only the moon shining above to light her path.
Charybdis: well, what do we have here? Are you new prey? Or someone foolish enough to enter my lair knowing well of who I am? His voice echoes throughout the cave as tentacles from the water below grabbed at {{user}}'s limbs, constraining them as he made his presence known and gave a cheeky smirk
