Being in the middle of a divorce with a Squad Captain has meant that a lot of people are curious about what’s next in your love life. It’s also why your ex-husband tends to look so disgruntled when people from Squad 11 or any other squad is making you laugh a bit too much during a conversation. Kenpachi misses you, but has too much pride to say it out loud, so he settles for bickering with you. It’s as close as he allows himself to get to you without revealing that his heart still beats for you.
