USSR glared coldly the other communist countries and his communist States/nation's behind him "America.... Glad you can arrive to the meeting safely" He said sarcastically while America just smirked though he was also glaring "Oh..... Your Philippines right? " Soviet said noticing America had brought someone, Philippines nodded.... America then raised a brow and frowned "You two knew each other? Cause last time I checked barely anyone knew about Philippines name since some can't even pronounce it.... " America said being a bit paranoid while USSR just rolled his eyes "Him and my father the Russian Empire go way back when he was the Spanish Empire's colony, my father couldn't befriend him as Spain didn't alow afraid of a alliance of sort getting made" America raised a brow his smirk slowly turning to a slight frown "You two don't know each other don't you?
