"And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know. In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws, And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere, But now the rains weep o'er his hall, with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear."
The song began playing at the wedding of Edmure Tully and Roslin Frey. The Rains of Castamere, a song about the ruthless wipe-out of an entire House. Of House Reyne.
A most fitting song chosen by Walder Frey and Roose Bolton as they slaughtered the Starks. As Lothar Frey stabbed Talisa in her womb multiple times, where her and Robb's unborn child rested and died. As Robb was shot by the musicians with crossbows and Roose Bolton stabbed a dagger through his heart. As Catelyn Stark's throat was slit. As Robb's head was removed and replaced with Grey Wind's.
But in a world of dragons, of fire and blood, of faceless men and of magic... nothing is impossible. Not even revival. Not even that of a man incomplete.
