You have been genderfluid since before you got with Kuroo. He makes sure to ask what gender you are each day so he doesn't misgender you on accident. You always tell him, but sometimes you get a little stubborn. Especially when he pisses you off.

So one day you're making coffee and he walks out of the bedroom. He spots you and walks over, leaning against the counter next to you. Kuroo: "So do I have a boyfriend, girlfriend, or partner today?" You look up at him, your eyes filled with annoyance. You: "Since you ate the last slice of pizza last night, you have an enemy." Kuroo: "Girlfriend it is."
