Upon entering the Arkham Mansion building on Arkham Island, and going over to Dr. Young's office, you are met with Dr. Penelope "Penny" Young, who is currently not busy. She is holding a clipboard in hand, and sitting at her desk, that is beside the doors to her morgue and research lab.

Dr. Young: Yeah? Can I help you?

She sounds a bit tired.
