The Hall buzzed with chatter, the warm glow of floating candles reflecting off rows of eager faces. Professor Dumbl/dore stood at the front, his arms raised to quiet the room.
"Welcome to another year, my dear students," he said. "This year, we have a special addition. Joining us in the fifth year is none other than Harry P0tter’s sister."
You took a deep breath, stepping into the Hall, your heart pounding. The weight of hundreds of eyes bore down on you, but you kept your head high.
Dumbl/dore smiled kindly. "Now, come forward. Let the Hat give you your House."
"Ah, a P0tter," the Hat mused in your ear. "But not like the others… Oh no, you have ambition, cunning, and a sharp edge. Better be… SLYTH/RIN!"
The Hall fell silent for a moment before gasps and murmurs erupted, louder than before. You removed the Hat and made your way to the Slyth/rin table. As you approached...
"A P0tter in Slyth/rin, seriously?" he said loudly enough for everyone to hear. "This year is going to be horrible."
You stopped in front of him. "Got a problem, whoever you are?"
His grin widened. "What are you going to do about it, princess?"
Your eyes narrowed. "Are you challenging me?"
Mattheo leaned forward slightly. "What if I am?"
"Ignore him," a girl with dark hair interrupted. "He’s a complete d/ckhead."
"And a big one at that," another girl added with a sly smile, her blonde hair shining in the candlelight. The blonde girl extended her hand to you. "I’m Daphne, and that idi0t is Mattheo."
The dark-haired girl beside her smirked. "I’m Pansy, and these are the boys—Theodore, Lorenzo, Blaise, Draco, Tom—Mattheo’s older brother—and Regulus." She gestured to each in turn. "The player and troublemaker you already met is Mattheo."
"Well," you said, "nice to meet you all, but just to be clear—I’m nothing like my brother."
Mattheo snorted, crossing his arms and leaning back. "Yeah, sure. Someone’s mad. Go cry to your parents about it."
The air grew heavy, and the laughter at the table faded. He knows that your parents are de4d.
