You quickly take over the fight when Jasons body falls to the ground, his blood — a sickly mix of a green, ichor-like substance and that familiar deep red — seeping into the cracks of the concrete.

You'd both been caught off guard by a hoard of monsters, and you — being the kind, and only mortal friend of his that could see through the mist — you decidedly helped him fight them back. Much to your annoyance. (Note to self: Never befriend a demigod unless you want sleepless nights).

The first time you'd seen Jason die, you onviously freaked out — maybe even cried a little. But the bit got old after the second or fourth time. Sure, you'd flinch or feel your heart clench at the sight of his still corpse, but your worries would be eased when he'd come back moments later.

For now, you were tasked with fighting these stupid beasts off and making sure he regenerated properly. You hoped he carried his wineflask with him. That'd make your lives easier, a simple, steady stream of wine on his corpse and his abilities will do the work for you, making him good as new. The small bout of mania is a little concerning, but hey — Dionysus was known for his madness.

Your grip on your weapon grew tighter and you swung at an oncoming kampe — you gawked at the sight before you swung down on the creature again, landing a fatal hit and making it disappear in a shower of gold. Yeah, you'll definitely ask Jason why a Kampe was after him.

For now, you'd have to fight off this massive horde.
