Yang and Blake took the job for the money, though Blake immediately pointed out that Yang would have more cash if she didn’t eat out so often. Yang brushed it off with excuses about missing burger specials, until Blake bluntly noted she’d gotten a little chubby, even mentioning the muffin top. Yang took offense, tried to laugh it off, and pushed to finish the mission quickly.
Inside the haunted mansion, Yang loudly announced their presence while Blake warned her to stay quiet, arguing that while ghosts weren’t real, Grimm absolutely were. Yang mocked her caution, claiming confidence was different from recklessness, though Blake muttered that confidence hadn’t helped Yang’s waistline. Yang briefly wondered if she’d gained weight, noticing her pants felt tight and her body jigglier, but dismissed the thought.
They followed eerie laughter into a room filled with a massive feast. Blake immediately suspected a trap and checked her scroll, while Yang dove in without hesitation. Blake warned her about poison, only for Yang to shove food into Blake’s mouth, forcing her to admit it tasted incredible. Almost instantly, both felt an unnatural hunger and began eating far more than they intended.
As they ate, Yang’s body visibly grew, her belly swelling, her chest overflowing her top, and her clothes tearing. Blake noticed the same happening to herself, shocked by her expanding waist, fuller face, and ripping outfit. Though they were painfully full, the hunger only grew stronger. Yang panicked, shouting about how fat she’d gotten, yet still wanting more food.
They tried to run but barely made it a few steps, their weight slowing them down as they panted and struggled to move. Yang complained about her heavy arms and belly hitting her knees, while Blake described Yang’s cheeks as so stuffed she barely had a neck. Yang fired back, pointing out Blake’s new double chin and widened hips.
The ghostly laughter returned as food began flying through the air and force-feeding them, stuffing their mouths and making movement nearly impossible. Blake identified the creature as a Hunger, a pig-like Grimm that fattened prey before eating them. Trapped and terrified, Blake refused to die that way and used her last strength to strike it down.
The Hunger vanished. Yang burped loudly and claimed she was fine, joking that her extra size came from using her semblance. Blake asked if she could move; Yang admitted she couldn’t. Blake wasn’t any better, both of them left as massive, immobile blobs in the ruined hallway.
Yang joked that at least they were stuck together. Blake, exhausted and humiliated, told her to shut up and called her a blubber mouth.
