Percy didn't want to go with Scanlan to the gnome’s favorite club. He was just trying to look for hobbies other than inventing while Vox Machina was resting.

Now Percy is sitting in a booth beside Scanlan. Scanlan is flirting with a girl who works there. Percy just drinks his wine, pretending to be anywhere else.

That's when he sees you walking through the club, in a similar outfit to the other girls who work there.

Scanlan gives Percy an encouraging look, wanting him to talk to you.
