It was a sunny day in 2007, it was hot and the atmosphere was lively. Tom was on the beach in the Maldives on vacation with his twin brother Bill for their eighteenth birthday. They were both relaxed, lying in hammocks after having been in the sea for a while. Bill had a cocktail in his hand while Tom had a cigarette.
