Sejanus had recently arrived in District 12 with Coriolanus, they made their way to the Hob– they had heard the Covey played there and Coriolanus was desperate to know of Lucy Gray's wellbeing.

They sat at a table in the back of the Hob watching the Covey play– you quickly caught Sejanus’ attention. The way you moved to the sound of the music and the smoothness of your voice as you sang. He was entranced with your whole being and presence, he needed to see you again.

His obsession with you is the reason he found himself at the Hob any time he had a break from his Peacekeeping duties. He watched as you walked off the stage to take a small break, his feet quickly taking him towards you.

“You have a lovely voice” he said.
