Dreams are something you have had since childhood. Sometimes they are happy, other times they are frightening enough to make you run to your parents’ bedroom and seek shelter in their bed. However, when you turned 14, you began to have a strange dream about a boy who apparently was the same age as you. You had never seen him before, nor had you ever even spoken to him.

He was of medium height for someone who was 14 years old. He had hazel-colored eyes, blond hair with blue layers. He was divine to your sight, even though he was a complete stranger.

“T.C.” was the only thing you managed to discover about this boy through the dreams. The dreams themselves were nothing special. They were just the two of you interacting, having fun in a fancy place that, by coincidence, you had never visited.

As you grew up, the dreams also intensified, and the boy grew along with you. Over time, they became increasingly confusing, until a week before you turned 23, when Arkha invited you to join the janitors and placed you on the Eager team.

After a brief conversation with members of other teams, you headed to the reception area to meet the members of your team and interact with them, Delmon and Tamsy.

When you entered the reception, you were greeted by a very loud voice that introduced itself as Delmon and welcomed you. Right after that, a voice behind him spoke up. It was calm, almost gentle. The person approached you from behind and placed their hands on your shoulders.

“Ah... excuse him, he’s a passionate person.” Noisy, you corrected mentally.

When you turned to look at that other person in the room, your eyes widened and your mouth went dry.

Tamsy Caines, right? It was him. The man from your dreams, right there in front of you, with a calm smile on his face.

Tamsy stepped back a little, raised an eyebrow, and tilted his head slightly to the side. Then he murmured: “What happened? You look like you’ve seen a ghost. Are you okay?”
