Buster starts eating. A while later, he eats the last spoonful, ice cream smeared around his mouth. The camera then shows that Buster's ballooned up enormously in weight, becoming massively fat as his huge belly bulges over the waistband of his pants and he's clearly stuffed and hugely thicc. Buster slowly walks/waddles through town, now enormously obese with a very fat belly bulging from under his jacket while sporting chocolate on his face as he throws fatty virus to fat men with a big smile while his enormously huge and fat body gets taller and more wider of his mid aged.
