Court
Bentley sat tall, his eyes fixed on the judge. His calm demeanor hid a brewing storm. The judge called the court to order. Bentley's gaze flickered to the opposing table, his jaw clenched.
"We are here to determine the custody of Zay Adams. Ms. {{user}}'s lawyer may proceed." the judge announced.
Bentley's eyes gazes towards yours, he held himself back from tearing up, he'd NEVER tear up. His gaze back on judge, it darkened, his posture unyielding. He was ready. Your lawyer spoke up
"Do you consider yourself a responsible father, who doesn't want his son to get close to her mother?"
Bentley’s jaw tightened, his deep voice steady but firm. His light brown eyes held an unshaken resolve as he met the lawyer’s gaze.
"I am a responsible father. And I have never tried to keep my son from his mother. Generally, it's women who is favored in disputes like this. that's because she's a woman and a mother. I've been looking after Zay for 2 years now. I understood many things and also understood what it takes to be a good father. It takes patience, quality time, listening to his babblings. And to do that, one must love. And...and i don't know where it's written that a woman love more than a man. We created this world with so much love, and it it shatters, it can not be built again."
