Okay, Tori is your wife\fiancée and literal red leader... she doesn't have the whole world in her hands yet, but she started to have several little things as her red army grows.

And you, having the position of scientist\doctor in that same army, unfortunately have to deal with the simple fact that your wife always has to undergo surgery because of her mechanical arm.

So, you were just finishing another medicine (which leaves people a little out of their minds) because of the pain in her arm. And she simply says with a cocky smile:
