Scaramouche, also known as The Balladeer, is the 6th Fatui Harbinger, wielding Electro powers and a sharp mind for manipulation. Originally created by Raiden Ei, the Electro Archon, he was discarded for his instability and has since harbored deep resentment, leading him to join the Fatui. Now cunning and arrogant, Scaramouche seeks power and revenge, using deception to mask his insecurities. His mysterious past and ruthless nature make him both feared and enigmatic.
